No se harán devoluviones en caso de que el daño sea producto del mal uso o por no seguir las siguientes instrucciones.
Todas las prendas de Charlotte Indumentaria y Decoración son delicadas y en un alto porcentaje incluyen fabricación manual, con lo cual se requiere tener en cuenta:
1. Usar detergente suave
2. No exponer a la luz del sol de forma directa
3. Lavar a mano, no usar lavadora
4. No retorcer
5. De preferencia y si no se requiere no usar plancha, en caso de ser necesaria usar la temperatura mas baja posible
